The Madhya Pradesh High Court has declared the disputed Bhoshala site to be a temple dedicated to Goddess Saraswati.

The court also said that in order to protect the religious rights of the Muslim community, the state government may consider any application seeking allotment of land in Dhar district for construction of a mosque.
