The 69th annual Grammy Awards are scheduled to be held on February 7, 2027, Disney and the Recording Academy revealed during the company’s presentation in New York on Tuesday, and nominations are scheduled to be revealed on November 16.
The Grammy Awards will be broadcast live from Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles on ABC and streamed on Disney+ and Hulu, a break from the Academy’s decades-long partnership with CBS for the show.
“The Grammys are about celebrating the music that moves the world, and this moment is built on just that,” Harvey Mason Jr., CEO of the Recording Academy, said in a statement. “This is an exciting time for us as an organization — a new home and a bold new chapter for the Grammy Awards. We’ve only just begun and the best is yet to come.”
Aside from the awards and nominations, the Academy has revealed other key dates as well. The eligibility period for the 2027 Awards will include music released from August 31, 2025, to August 28, 2026. The registration period for media companies will extend from June 25 to August 14, and the online registration period will extend from July 7 to August 21.
The first round of voting for the Grammy Awards is scheduled to take place from October 12 to October 22, and the final round after the nominations are revealed will extend from December 10, 2026 to January 7, 2027.
It’s going to be another star-studded awards season this year, as some of the stars who have released music in the eligibility window or have music scheduled to be released include Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, Madonna, Bruno Mars, Harry Styles, and Olivia Deen to name a few.
