The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to release the Class 12th results 2026 soon on the official website cbse.gov.in. According to previous reports, the result was expected to be released in the third week of May.
But DigiLocker’s latest notice says the results are expected to be released soon. The Class 12 exams were conducted from February 17 to April 10, 2026. While CBSE has not officially confirmed the exact date or timing of the result, the DigiLocker update has raised expectations that the results could be released anytime during the current week.
Previous results trends point towards a May announcement
Past results patterns also suggest that an announcement may not be far away.
CBSE announced the Class 12 results on May 13 for both 2024 and 2025, while the 2023 results were declared on May 12. The only major disruption during the pandemic came in 2022, when the results tabulation was delayed until July.Last year, the overall pass percentage for Class 12 was 88.39 percent.
