Rumors of an alleged relationship between actor-politician Thalapathy Vijay and actress Trisha Krishnan have been one of the most controversial matters in South India in recent weeks, and now a prominent voice has entered the debate.
Singer Suchitra Ramadurai has broken her silence with some candid statements so far, not addressing how she feels about both the people.
singer Suchitra She says she doesn’t like Trisha Krishnan
Singer Suchitra clarified her stance on the rift between Vijay and Trisha Krishnan in a recent interview with Firstpost. She said, “I don’t like Trisha at all. I will say this objectively and won’t let it cloud my judgement. I love Vijay very much. I will give my honest opinion without taking sides.”The singer went further, offering a clear warning about those who she believes might take advantage of Vijay’s current personal isolation. “Parasites tend to enter the lives of successful people when they become isolated. Vijay has isolated himself by distancing himself from his parents and wife. He is lonely but he has not looked out for himself yet,” she added.“In the midst of this, he entered politics; and to be honest about it, he needs his father, Chandrashekhar, who might guide him through the political waters; otherwise he will achieve nothing in politics because if there are good things that can happen for him in politics, his father should support it,” she added.
When Trisha Krishnan chose movies over her fiancé
This is not the first time Trisha Krishnan has found herself at the center of a relationship story. A decade ago, she called off her engagement to Chennai-based businessman Varun Manian. She later addressed the breakup directly, tweeting: “I enjoyed the risky speculation doing the rounds, let it put people at ease. Happy, single, grateful.”In a later interview, Trisha made her priorities unequivocal, “The person I was supposed to marry asked me to stop acting. Instead of films, I have chosen to put an end to my engagement. I will take a break only when I become pregnant. If I am not offered lead roles, I will do characters that suit my image, but I will not stay away from the film industry. My wish is to act till my last breath.”
