Jayaram plays a regional bank manager as he quietly hollows out the system from the inside. His actions cover basically every bank scandal you might have seen. DSP Bharathan is the cop chasing Karasaami, and the film smartly resists making him an unsavory character.”
He needs to arrest Kara not because justice demands it, but because he wants to become famous.
Kandhasaami, Karasaami’s father, packs emotional substance into his short screen time with little fuss.
