Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh brush off rumors of a cat fight with Wamiqa Gabi: 'You won't be silly'

As ‘Pati Patni Aur Woh Do’ gears up to hit theaters on May 15, several trailers of the cast have gone viral on the internet. Amid the uproar, social media users began speculating about a possible rift between the film’s leading ladies, with many claiming that Wamika Gabi appeared to be sidelined by co-stars Sara Ali Khan and Rakul Preet Singh during the promotions. Now, both Sara and Rakul have rubbished the rumours, clarifying that there is no bad blood between the actresses.Speaking to News18, Rakul addressed the age-old narrative about actresses who allegedly don’t get along. She said: “The media created this. Perception is a story that becomes reality if it is repeated ten times. This has been going on for years. Who has seen these fights, disagreements and turbulent relationships? Any professional actor who comes to the set knows that the film is important for his career and for everyone.”

The movie is your rosé bread.”She also added, “You have to give your hundred percent to the film you are working on. So, you won’t be silly and have problems with your co-actors unless it’s kisi ke saath kuch bahut hi zyada galat ho raha hai. But I don’t understand this rule of women not getting along. I get along with everyone.”Sara Ali Khan also echoed similar thoughts and praised the director

Mudassar Aziz

To create distinctive roles for the three actresses in the film.

“All three of us are very different people but we are confident and secure in our own skin. All credit goes to Mr. Mudassir (Aziz, the director) for writing a script where there is no room for any character’s costumes, hair, make-up, language, dialogue, personality or purpose to sync with each other. We all know that very well,” she said.Highlighting the importance of teamwork in the film, Sarah added, “When you are doing a film, you should ideally stop looking at ‘my part’ and ‘her part’. It is ‘our film’. The funnier Rakul is, the better it is for me. The better she is in a song, the better it is for me. The better I am in the song, the better it is for her. We are a family.”Apart from Sara, Rakul and Wumika, he also stars in the film

Ayushmann Khurrana

In the lead. Billed as a light-hearted family entertainer, Pati Patni Aur Woh Do promises to give a modern twist to comedy while blending nostalgia with modern-day relationships.
