The ten districts of Telangana during undivided Andhra Pradesh were reorganized into 33 during the previous BRS regime.

Reddy, who held a meeting on minority welfare on Friday, said the proposed colleges would be equipped with skill development and artificial intelligence training for students.

An official statement said that the Prime Minister emphasized that institutions should provide practical training and directly benefit students to get jobs instead of offering traditional courses.

The Prime Minister proposed that incentives be expanded to include minority students, similar to those currently offered to meritorious students from BC, SC and ST communities, with a dedicated program developed specifically for this purpose.

He directed the officials to identify interested candidates from the minority communities selected for Group 1, Group 2 and Group 3 services and assign them responsibilities within the Minority Welfare Department and direct them to have a comprehensive understanding of all programs and initiatives taken up by the Ministry.

She added that orders were issued to officials to ensure that honors are distributed regularly and in a timely manner to imams and ministers.

The Prime Minister stated that lands will be allocated to Khabaristan in areas where lands are available.

As part of the Mosi renovation project, CM Reddy directed officials to start construction of a mosque, church and gurudwara besides the temple.

The Prime Minister emphasized that these structures should be designed to facilitate the study of the respective religious cultures, while showcasing the unique essence of India and the ‘Ganga Jamuni Tehzeeb’ of Telangana, the statement added.
