Shirayu Rana has now made ‘triple’ allegations against Lorna Haidini, with witness statements.
Shirayu Rana, the Indian-origin former JP Morgan banker who made sexual assault allegations against CEO Lorna Heidini, has filed a new claim stating that he has new evidence to back up his claims – an anonymous boyfriend who was also invited by Heidini to have a threesome.
The new dossier includes anonymous witness statements, details and quotes relating to alleged encounters with Hajdini in September 2024.The new filing came after JP Morgan called Rana’s lawsuit a complete fabrication and stated that Rana never informed Hajdini.

In Rana’s new filing, one of the alleged witnesses, apparently a family friend of Rana’s, said he was staying in an apartment while visiting New York City and was awakened by Haydini’s drunken antics in the middle of the night.
He tried to go back to sleep, but was woken up by a “completely naked” Hajdini, the New York Post reported, citing the new dossier.Hajdini sat down on the sofa he had been sleeping on, lit a cigarette and began pleading with him to “join them” in the bedroom, and the document appeared.Although he refused several times, the witness said Najdini told him, “You know I have it.” [redacted]”So you’d better come and join.”He claimed that after she returned to the bedroom, he heard Rana pleading: “No, no, no, you have to leave.
I won’t do this. Please stop.”Hajdini left the apartment later that night, and Rana told him how she “continuously harassed him and forced him to engage in sexual conduct with her on a number of occasions,” the new complaint said. The witness also claimed to have seen Heidini who was “quiet” with Rana at a concert by Norwegian DJ Kygo at the Barclays Center earlier that month.Another witness claimed to have seen Haidini kissing Rana’s neck in the street sometime during the summer of 2024. Another witness account said Haidini told Shirayu Rana something like “I own you, Brownie.”

- Chirayu Rana joined JPMorgan in 2024 as Vice President of Finance/Credit Enhancement.
- Rana alleged that in mid-to-late 2024, the alleged sexual misconduct began. He even used a legal chatbot in July 2024 to ask about similar abuse scenarios.
- In December 2024, Rana asks for leave from his office due to his father’s death but his father is alive.
- In 2025, Rana filed an internal complaint against Hajdini. JP Morgan claimed they investigated and found no evidence.
- Rana left JP Morgan in 2025 and joined Brigal Sagemont.
- Chirayu Ran left Bregal on April 2, 2026.
- Later in April, Rana filed a lawsuit in New York under the pseudonym John Doe alleging sexual assault against Hajdini.
- The case was briefly withdrawn and then refiled with witness statements.
