According to a recent report in Page Six, just one day after it was reported that she was charged with drunk driving and awaiting trial, Spears left rehab after completing her stint. Following her release, according to the report, the singer is feeling positive about her time now and is optimistic about her coming days after her rehab stint.“She is healthy and happy and feels very positive and excited to start again,” a statement from the report said.
“Rehab was a great opportunity for her to prove herself.” Although the “Toxic” singer will no longer be checking into rehab, she will still receive counseling and other needed assistance remotely. Spears entered the rehabilitation program earlier last month, on April 12.As for why she joined the facility, another statement from the report said: “It’s not about one subject in particular, it has a dual purpose… It’s about Britney putting her mental health first and taking time for herself to focus on the things that matter to her.”
