She also received stock awards of $4.2 million, compared to $2.3 million in 2024. Additionally, Dolan received $6 million in compensation in a non-stock incentive plan — a cash bonus — last year, compared to $4.2 million in 2024. 2024.
Dan McDermott, chief content officer at AMC Networks and president of AMC Studios, made a hair under $5 million in 2025. His base salary was about $1.6 million and his bonus was $2.6 million. McDermott’s stock awards were approximately $759,000. Both are up some from 2024, when McDermott’s total came in at just under $4.2 million.

The company’s live streaming subscribers stood at 10.4 million as of the end of 2025. “Streaming is now the largest single source of revenue in our local sector, and is an important milestone and inflection point in the ongoing transformation of our business,” Dolan said around 2025 in February.
Dolan’s main priorities were to improve the financials and brand impact by making AMC’s successful content available as widely as possible – including through licensing to other companies, while also looking for opportunities to increase streaming subscriber growth, as well as broad distribution.
AMC is de-emphasizing its linear TV channels in favor of niche, targeted streaming platforms such as horror-focused Shudder, crime and mystery-focused Acorn TV, and animation-focused HIDIVE, as well as its flagship premium scripted TV service AMC+, Sundance Now, and ALLBLK. In October, Dolan signed a contract extension through 2028.
