Akshay Kumar’s Bhoot Bangla is keeping it slow and steady at the box office. The film made good profits during the weekdays. The horror-comedy is in its second week in theatres, and is on track to mark Rs 200 crore from global collections.
After witnessing a decline on the second Monday, it showed a slight growth in numbers the following Tuesday.
‘Bhooth bangla Box Office Collection Day 12 (Second Tuesday)
The Priyadarshan directorial grossed Rs 84.40 crore in its first week in theatres. Now, according to a Sacnilk report, the film has grown 19.2% on the 12th day compared to its collections on the 11th day. On the 12th day, the film collected Rs 4.35 crore across 9,117 shows. With this, the total gross collections in India stand at Rs 144.25 crore and the total net profit in India has reached Rs 121.40 crore.

Global collection of “Bhooth Bangla”
The Akshay Kumar starrer has grossed Rs 100 crore globally in just four days of its theatrical release. Now, the film is aiming to add another Rs 100 crore to its total collection. On the 12th day, the film grossed Rs 1.5 crore overseas, taking its overseas total to Rs 51 crore.
This takes the film’s global collection to Rs 195.25 crore.
Box office competition
Akshay Kumar’s horror-comedy currently faces competition from the newly released Michael Jackson biopic ‘Michael’, starring Jaafar Jackson, and Ranveer Singh’s ‘Dhurandhar: The Revenge’, directed by Aditya Dhar.
