Intimate scenes may look smooth and romantic on screen, but filming them can often be one of the most uncomfortable experiences for actors. Veteran actor Annu Kapoor recently spoke about a disturbing incident that occurred on a film set, highlighting the dark side of shooting such scenes.
“He didn’t stop even after the director said cut.”
In a conversation with Siddharth Kannan, Annu Kapoor recalled an incident where an actor allegedly lost control during an intimate scene.“During one such scene, the hero got carried away. Even after calling ‘cut’, he did not stop. The actress had to struggle to break away and escape. She was so shaken that she did not come out of her room for two days.”While he declined to name the actors involved, he added that if the actress watched the interview, she would agree to his version.
“Some actors exploit such scenes.”
Annu Kapoor also admitted that there were instances where actors misused the situation while filming bold scenes.He said: “I have seen actors getting excited during intimate scenes and not stopping even when the director says cut. Many people take advantage of such situations, but I have never done that.”

Priyanka Chopra rejected the kissing scene
In another experience, Annu Kapoor talked about working with Priyanka Chopra in the movie 7 Khoon Maaf, directed by Vishal Bhardwaj.
He revealed that a kissing scene was part of the script, but Priyanka was not comfortable doing it. “Vishal said that the scene was written for a reason and it cannot be removed. Later, his team told me that she was not comfortable. I did not create any problem, but somehow the word spread.”
“I make sure my co-actor is comfortable.”
Speaking about his own style, Annu Kapoor emphasized professionalism while shooting intimate scenes.He said: “I have always dealt with such scenes professionally. If an actress feels nervous, I simply ask her if she is okay. I do not ask anything more because that might make her more uncomfortable.”
