Momentum for ‘Dacoit’ slows after initial run
According to Sacnilk, ‘Dacoit’ has collected Rs 44 lakh on Day 17 from its Telugu network collections.
The numbers reflect a steady decline in footfall.Looking at recent days, the film’s earnings are showing a noticeable downward pattern.On day 11, she earned Rs 48 lakh, and days 12 and 13 saw similar figures of Rs 50 lakh.Collections fell slightly to Rs 47 lakh on Day 14. The decline became steeper on Day 15 with Rs 25 lakh, followed by Rs 37 lakh on Day 16.

Even with the recent slowdown, Dacoit has managed to pass a significant milestone globally.
The film has collected a total collection of Rs 40.94 crore in India. Its overseas earnings stand at Rs 13.58 crore. This brings the total global collection to Rs 54.52 lakh crore.

Etimes’ review of the film says: “Mrunal Thakur gives a powerful performance despite the limitations of her role. Anurag Kashyap, as the spiritually twisted cop, seems more like an unintentionally funny caricature than someone who adds real impact. Prakash Raj also doesn’t have much new to offer.The film has many twists and turns, some of which, including the climax, are truly shocking. On paper, these moments have real impact, but they would have needed tighter writing to really hit the ground running. There’s a clear attempt to capitalize on the current wave of stylized, blockbuster, male-driven action cinema dominating the space.
