Imran Khan debunks rumors of Ashner Grover starring in a biopic with Aamir Khan: I haven't even heard about this project

Imran Khan has denied rumors of him playing BharatPe co-founder Ashneer Grover in a biopic with Aamir Khan and Shraddha Kapoor, telling Hindustan Times that he has not heard of it. Ashneer rose to fame on Shark Tank India with his viral line ‘doglapan’. Imran’s comeback is Netflix’s Adhoore Hum Adhoore Tum with Bhumi Pednekar, which has been delayed until mid-2026.

Speculations about businessman Ashneer Grover’s biography have been doing the rounds online. What caught attention was the casting of Aamir Khan, Shraddha Kapoor and Imran Khan. However, these claims seem to have little truth to them. Earlier rumors suggested that Imran will take on the role of Ashneer, while Shraddha will play his wife.
