The RBO president’s reaction comes after the “Marty Supreme” star spoke his mind in February during a conversation with Matthew McConaughey, which later faced severe backlash. At the time, the Oscar-nominated actor, who was promoting his film, expressed relief that he was working in film, rather than opera or ballet, “where it was like: ‘Hey, keep this thing alive, even though no one cares about this anymore.'”
