Through her Instagram account, Zhanai shared a collection of poignant memories. One of the pictures showed Asha hugging and kissing her grandmother warmly, while another picture showed Asha with her son Anand Bhosle and Zanai during a musical moment together.

The last frame shows the famous singer holding a diya thali.Along with the photos, Zanai wrote an emotional message expressing her sadness.“After much thought, I realize that you taught us how to live, but not to live without you. We miss you every second, every hour, every minute with every breath we take, but I also know that you live inside of me. To hold you in my arms again like this.”

Since Asha Bhosle’s death, Zanai has shared several posts, giving glimpses of their close relationship and expressing how much she misses her grandmother.
