The registration was completed on March 26, 2026, with a stamp duty of Rs 5.24 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30 lakh paid as part of the deal.

Part of a distinct twin tower development project
According to documents, the purchase also includes two parking spaces. Godrej Skyshore is spread over 27,000 square feet and will include two towers – Tower A and Tower B – rising to 24 storeys, along with five basement levels and a ground floor.The project is scheduled to include 126 residential units, making it a relatively exclusive project in the Versova neighborhood.
