The level of stardom he has – and his behavior – you can’t even imagine,” Jackie told Bollywood Bubble.
“When he talks to you, he only talks to you.”
Jackie emphasized the actor’s ability to make people feel appreciated in conversations.“When you meet him, if he’s talking to you, he’s just talking to you. That makes perfect sense for a human being.”He added: “Imagine that someone is distracted while talking, and you feel that he or she is not there.
But he is fully present. “It could be anyone, but he’s there.”

“Basically, it’s 11 out of 10,” said Jackie, who described him as exceptional.He also pointed out a gesture that stood out to him. “When you go to meet him, no matter who you are, he will personally accompany you to the end.”In sum, he pointed out that Shah Rukh Khan breaks the usual stereotypes associated with stardom.“In general, people think, ‘I am Shah Rukh Khan, I will behave in a certain way.

Rs 24 lakh monthly rent, Rs 8.7 crore rent
The combined monthly rent for duplexes is around Rs 24.15 lakh, with single units priced at Rs 11.54 lakh and Rs 12.61 lakh.The lease term is 36 months, valued at approximately Rs 8.7 crore. However, the family is expected to remain there for about two years while Manat is redeveloped.
Smaller than Manat, but fully equipped
The temporary residence spans approximately 10,500 square feet across four floors — much smaller than the sprawling 27,000-square-foot Manat Residence — but is designed to comfortably accommodate the family and their staff during the renovation.
