Musk accused of

OpenAI says Elon Musk has changed direction on what he is seeking in his lawsuit against the startup in a “legal ambush” just weeks before trial. In a court filing on Friday, she said the goals proposed by Musk earlier in the week appeared to be intended to “besiege defendants and sow chaos in the proceedings, as he attempts to reshape his public narrative about his lawsuit.”

Musk sued OpenAI and Microsoft in 2024 over allegations that the maker of ChatGPT abandoned its founding mission as a research institution and became a for-profit company.
