Recruitment of Pay Commission Advisor VIII: Details
The government will appoint up to 20 consultants across three categories, according to an official notification issued on April 10.
Senior Consultant: 10 vacancies, more than 10 years experience, maximum age 45 years
Consultant: 5 vacancies, 6+ years experience, maximum age 40 years
Consultant (Young Professional): 10 vacancies, 4+ years experience, maximum age 32 years

Eligibility criteria for the posts of the 8th Pay Commission
Applicants must have one of the following qualifications:
Master’s or MBA degree in Finance, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related fields.
LLB with registration with the Bar Council/Bar Association and experience in legal research or service matters.
Mandatory skills:
Experience with Excel or spreadsheets.
Ability to prepare reports and presentations.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in pay structure, compensation, or incorporation matters.
