Close encounters at 50,000 feet? Kacey Musgraves claims that UFOs followed her plane

Kacey Musgraves has made a shocking claim that three UFOs followed her flight last night.

The Grammy Award-winning star took to Instagram to share her experience that left her feeling terrible and unable to sleep. “I just got off the plane. I flew from Fort Worth to Nashville. It was me and one of my managers, Bobby, and we just had the craziest UFO experience. He saw it with me,” Musgraves shared in the video posted to Instagram Stories, adding that it’s not the first time she’s witnessed phenomena she can’t explain. “I was about to lie down and take a nap, and I saw these lights that caught my attention and they didn’t look normal. I watched them for a minute and they were definitely following each other, really moving… Anyway, they were probably at about 50,000 feet. We watched them for about 45 minutes.”

Musgraves shared a video of the alleged UFOs — detailing that the videos were low quality due to the distance and dark night sky despite filming them with an iPhone 17 — and said she saw the objects following her plane in unison: “They were changing direction with us. They were tracking the plane.”

“These orbs weren’t moving like any craft we could control. They were coming and going intermittently, forming triangular patterns. They were kind of orange in color. Sometimes they would get really bright and change color, change size. The craziest thing was they followed us from almost the Little Rock area. That’s when I noticed them all the way to Nashville. We landed and Bobby and I said, ‘Oh my God, that was crazy.’

So crazy that she brought it up to the pilots when they opened the cockpit door. “We’re wondering: Did you just see something strange?” And they’re like, “Three orbs in the sky?” And we would say, “Yes,” and both pilots would laugh and say, “Yes, we see this every night and all the other pilots see it too and no one knows what it is.”

Musgraves said the two pilots separately reported seeing one in New York and the other in Dallas at the same time. “So, yeah, it’s weird, but I’m here for it. I’m open to it. I’m here for it.”

Musgraves isn’t the first celebrity to report seeing UFOs floating in the sky, but it seems like more and more people are coming forward with claims now that President Donald Trump has ordered UFO data to be made public. Watch Musgraves’ full clip below.
