Powerhouse digital creatives representative Rebecca Rusheen has joined Hollywood entertainment and sports agency Creative Artists Agency as an agent in its creatives department.

Rusheen began her career in 2019 with Abrams, which later became A3 Artists Agency. She moved to the Gersh Agency in 2024 when it acquired A3’s digital and non-script divisions.

During that time, she developed brands for digital creators and turned internet fame into successful media careers. This includes TikTok star Reese Feldman, who is from Generation Z in Hollywood, having created content for Barbie, Indiana Jones and the Connection of Destiny, Fast xCannes, Golden Globes and Academy Awards.

Feldman’s short film Wait for your car? Starring Whitney Peck, Ruby Cruz, Minnie Mills and Noah Fisher, it premiered at Cannes. Rusheen also cast Yesly Dimate, grooming the TikTok and Instagram star for Hollywood acting roles in the romantic comedy Before we start A crime and thriller film Eugene NavyIn addition to being the influential face of Calvin Klein, Dior, Gucci, and Miu Miu.

Rusheen joins CAA as the fast-growing creator economy continues to fuel Hollywood, as digital innovations fuel studio talent pipelines, drive marketing strategies and redefine who becomes a star.

CAA Creators represents digital video and audio influencers as they reach film, television, publishing, consumer products and live touring.

CAA Creators represents leading creators like Amelia Demoldenberg, Quinn Blackwell, Meredith Duxbury, iShowSpeed, Haley Kalil, Trisha Paytas, and Lisa Koshy. In the past year, the division has signed new creators such as Dhar Mann, Jesser & Bucketsquad, Mythical Entertainment’s Rhett & Link, Destroying, and Airrack.
