Last week, Baena shared photos of Schwarzenegger, 78, helping him work out at the gym. Schwarzenegger looked intently at his son, whom he shares with his former housekeeper Mildred Baena, as he lifted weights. Joseph commented on the post, saying: “You have to shock the muscles!”

According to People, this was the same gym where his father and “Terminator” star Arnold began training after moving to the United States in the 1960s.
