Woods was able to crawl out of the passenger side and was not injured, Martin County Sheriff John Bodensek said. His car collided with a truck while trying to overtake on a residential road on Jupiter Island, and overturned before stopping.“He was showing signs of weakness,” Bodencic said, adding that investigators believe he had taken “some type of medication or drug.”

He said Woods agreed to take a breathalyzer test that showed no signs of alcohol, but he refused to take a urine test and was arrested.“When it came time for us to ask for a urinalysis test, he refused, so he was charged with driving under the influence, damage to property and refusal to submit to a lawful test in the accident,” Budinsek said. While neither Woods nor the driver of the other car was injured, Budincik said the accident “could have been much worse.”
