Ten years later dead pool It arrived in theaters, broke the rules of the comic book genre, and two of its players are back together.
Director Tim Miller has tapped actor Stefan Kapičić to join the cast of his upcoming high-concept film starring Keanu Reeves. The sci-fi action film is currently in production for Warner Bros. Entertainment. In the Dominican Republic, although details about the story are not available, THR The script, written by Ian Shore, was previously reported to have shades of Tom Cruise’s time loop film Edge of tomorrow And Blake Lively’s movie Shark Survival Shallow.
Details of Kapicic’s role have not been revealed, though he may play an antagonist to Reeves’ character.
Kapicic played the metal-skinned mutant giant dead poolwith an expanded role for Deadpool 2 And a small part in Deadpool Wolverine. He also worked on an episode of Miller’s sci-fi series on Netflix Love, death and robotswith other credits including You’d better call Sauldepicts one of the men who helped build the meth superlab that became famous in Very badAnd Dracula feature Demeter’s last journey.
As for Miller’s untitled film, it is scheduled for release on August 13, 2027, and stars Kallie Cooke, Stephen Waddington, Nicholas DuVernay, Abraham Popoola, Anastasia Sophonave, and Bobby Holland Hanton.
Producers include Matthew Vaughn, Aaron Ryder, Andrew Sweet, and John Zaozerny, with Scott Lumpkin executive producing.
