Although receiving the final rose is supposed to somewhat signify a lifelong commitment, only four of the couples on this list are still together.
It’s been 23 years since the first season Bachelorette debuted, and in the years since the show’s debut, ABC has hired exactly 24 women to lead the show.

Jane Shift (season 3; Jerry Ferris, sort of)

Diana Pappas (season 4; Jesse Sincsak)

Ali Fedotowsky (Season 6; Roberto Martinez)

Andi Dorfman (season 10; Josh Murray)

Kaitlyn Bristowe (season 11; Sean Booth)

She was the boss of Season 11 in 2015, although her spot almost went to Brett Nelson. Britt and Kaitlyn were both named joint bachelorettes, but the men voted her out as the sole leader on their first night at the mansion. She ends the series and is engaged to Shawn Booth. The two remained together for a few years, and announced their split in 2018.
Kaitlyn went so far as to get engaged to fellow Bachelor Nation alumni Jason Tartick; They remained together from 2019-2023. It has been speculated that she is romantically linked to Zach Clark, another ex Bachelorette The contestant who was previously engaged to another woman is on this list.
This particular Bachelorette continued to co-host the show alongside Tayshia Adams during seasons 17 and 18 amid the long-running franchise facing the departure of Chris Harrison. Kaitlyn is also the second Bachelorette to win Dancing with the starsand remained close to the franchise.
JoJo Fletcher (season 12; Jordan Rodgers)

There, she got engaged to Brian Abasolo, and the duo later married on August 24, 2019. Four years later, Brian filed for divorce in January 2024, and a year later, their divorce was finalized.
Rachel is another Bachelorette standout, and previously served as an extra correspondent from 2020 to 2023. She can now be found as a co-host of Higher education Podcast, to continue its media fame.
Becca Kufrin (Season 14; Garrett Yrigoyen)

In season 14, which aired in 2018, she was engaged to Garrett Yrigoyen, but they broke up by 2020.
But the love is not lost for Becca. Crowley eventually found her happy ending. In 2023, she married Mascot Sports CEO Ryan Dawkins in an intimate ceremony in Sacramento, California. A year later, the couple held a legal wedding in Las Vegas. That same year, they welcomed their daughter, Rowen Lilly, via surrogate.
Tayshia Adams (season 16; Zack Clark)

The 29-year-old has already appeared on two shows on Bachelor Nation. She made it to the final three for Colton Underwood Bachelor’s degree Season 23. She also appeared in the sixth season of Bachelor in Paradise He had a brief relationship with John Paul Jones after leaving the show. He was one of Hannah Brown’s alumni in Season 15.
When Adams became the leader, it was her season Bachelorette She ended happily when she got engaged to Zach Clark. After the show, Michelle found love again with Jack Leos. They got engaged in October 2023 and married in June 2025.
Rachel Recchia (season 19; Tino Franco)

So I might have a chance at this. I actually think so.”
