Akshay Kumar joins ‘Golmaal 5’ for a dynamic 18-day show, bringing laughs to Tom and Jerry with Ajay Devgn, their first full-fledged comedy collaboration. Arshad Warsi, Sharman Joshi reunites (after 20 years), Kunal Kemmu, Tusshar Kapoor. Rohit Shetty’s blockbuster is eyeing a 2027 release via Rohit Shetty Pictures.

Akshay Kumar is all set to play the lead role in the highly anticipated fifth installment of the blockbuster ‘Golmaal’ franchise, directed by Rohit Shetty. With horror comedy ‘Bhooth Bangla’ on the horizon, the actor has allocated several days in his busy schedule to shoot for ‘Golmaal 5’.

Producers were keen to bring him on board for a pivotal special role that promised to inject new energy into the comedy group.

According to Pinkvilla, Akshay has a dynamic role in the film that will make the house laugh. The actor has allocated 18 days to shoot the film and will share a Tom and Jerry-like equation with Ajay Devgn on screen.
