Jovovich is all set for the release of her latest film, “Protector.” However, the production journey has not been entirely easy for her. While speaking with PEOPLE, the actress revealed that she wanted to remain as authentic as possible in the filmShe mentioned how often computer-generated imagery (CGI) is used in films and action scenes, and that she wanted to keep it authentic.
She added, “It was really fun to be able to do a movie where the only way to get it done is to do it. You know, the only way my face is going to turn blue is if I hang it upside down for a long time and make sure it’s done right.”The 50-year-old also added that she was heavily involved in the post-production aspect, which she really enjoyed. I talked about how often an actor finishes a shoot, and it’s the end of the journey, and they never know what’s going to happen next.
However, this time, that was not the case for her. Describing the overall experience, she said: “It was one of the most physically and emotionally challenging films I have ever shot, but also one of the most fulfilling.”
