Bikaner: Two women from the same family were found dead inside a forest department nursery on Sunday evening after an alleged quarrel over access to a mobile phone, a police officer said.

The incident took place inside the forest department nursery premises at KYD 33 Chak village within Khajuwala police station limits.
Villagers found the bodies of the two women, one 19-year-old and the other 20-year-old, and informed the police. The older woman was the teenager’s sister-in-law.
Initial investigations indicate that the duo may have committed suicide following a family dispute. After an argument the previous day, the family allegedly denied the two women access to a mobile phone and broke their SIM cards, Chawla said.
While suicide is suspected, police are investigating the deaths and family members will be questioned about the possible sequence of events, Chawla said.
A team of forensic experts was called in from Bikaner to collect evidence from the nursery.
