The evening was dedicated to Olivia Deen at the 2026 BRIT Awards.

This year, the UK’s biggest music night was held at the recently opened Co-op Live Arena in Manchester, with comedian Jack Whitehall playing host for the sixth time. One of the most anticipated performers ahead of the BRITs was Harry Styles, who delighted attendees with his first live performance of ‘Aperture’ from the upcoming album. Kiss all the time. It was no surprise that the event was such a success for Grammy Award-winner Deen, who continued her impressive run with BRIT wins for Artist of the Year and Album of the Year, as well as Best Pop Act and Song of the Year alongside Sam Fender for her hit “Rein Me In.” Her popularity has skyrocketed over the past year following the release of her record The art of lovingwhich includes the hits “Man II Need” and “Nice to Each Other.”

In the International Song of the Year category, Bruno Mars and Rosé won for the song “APT.” British rock band Wolf Alice were named group of the year, while Spanish singer-songwriter Rosalía took home the award for international artist of the year after fans went wild with “Lux” – and in one of the show’s most comedic moments, Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher shouted as Whitehall made his way through the crowd of celebrities in front of the stage.

The late Black Sabbath legend Ozzy Osbourne has been posthumously awarded a Lifetime Achievement BRIT Award.
