The embassy also shared emergency contact details for people to contact: +989128109115, +989128109109, +989128109102, +989932179359.

This warning came after Israel launched a pre-emptive military strike against Iran on Saturday. US President Donald Trump confirmed that the United States also participated in the strikes, explaining that the goal was “to defend the American people by eliminating imminent threats.”

Targets in the Israeli campaign included the Iranian army, government figures, and intelligence targets. The Associated Press reported that people in Tehran witnessed the first explosion that occurred in Khamenei’s office.

The warning called on residents to follow all safety instructions and guidelines issued by the Israeli authorities, including the directives of the Home Front Command. It also asked Indian citizens to avoid non-essential travel to Israel until further notice and to remain alert to local news.
