Priyanka Chopra is currently wrapping up the last stretch of promotions for her film ‘The Bluff’, but according to the actress’s latest post, she might also be in line for her next one. Interestingly, this next project may see her reuniting with Oscar-nominated director Ramin Bahrani, years after their famous collaboration on ‘The White Tiger’.The actress recently caught Bahrani’s attention during one of her interviews. On Thursday, the director shared a clip of the conversation on his Instagram Stories. In the video, Priyanka spoke about her early years in Hollywood and revealed that she once lost out on a film role because of her race.

Looking back, she said, “My race was my strength in this film. That’s what was required of her (my character).”
I think constantly advocating for yourself and looking for work can be hard to achieve, but you keep pushing and doing auditions, meeting the right people, trying to get the job, and that kind of cracks the door open. So, from the time I met you until now, I guess I’ve just been doing it. And eventually find allies.

Reposting the clip he originally shared to TIFF, Bahrani praised the actor, writing: “Great @priyankachopra can’t wait for the next clip.”
Priyanka was quick to respond in the comments, excitedly urging him, saying, “Come on, let’s finally do this! We’ve been talking about this for a very long time!”The director then shared her response on his own account, adding: “Count in it PCJ.”While no official announcement has been made, it will be interesting to see what the pair has to offer next. They last worked together on The White Tiger which earned the director an Academy Award nomination for Best Adapted Screenplay at the 93rd Academy Awards (2021).
