According to a report by Variety India, the makers have issued an official statement addressing the ongoing rumours: “Alpha will go live (which is a rumour) aiming to put the film in front of the heroine in an unflattering light.
Yash Raj Films will never put films from its theatrical list directly on streaming. We are a studio that takes great pride in providing cinematic experiences. Alpha is a supporting film for the company.
