The most important quotes from Prime Minister Modi’s speech:
- At the summit, I had the opportunity to meet world leaders and technology executives. At the AI Summit Expo, I showcased countless things to world leaders… At this summit, I demonstrated how AI helps us treat animals… and how farmers track their dairy products and their animals with the help of AI 24/7.
- It has showcased many innovations to world leaders. I would like to mention two things in particular: The first innovation was at the Amul pavilion. It was explained how AI helps treat animals and how farmers, with the help of the 24/7 AI assistant, track their dairy and livestock production processes. The second innovation focused on preserving India’s cultural heritage. Leaders from around the world have been amazed to see how, with the help of artificial intelligence, our ancient scriptures, traditional wisdom, and manuscripts are being preserved and adapted for today’s generation.
- In our country, those who worked for the good of society…those who gave priority to the public in their noble deeds always remain in people’s hearts. Amma Jayalalithaa ji was one such popular leader. February 24 is her birthday. I still feel the deep affection that the people of Tamil Nadu have for her, even today, during my visits to the state. The mention of Amma Jayalalithaa brings glow to the faces of the people of Tamil Nadu. I attended the swearing-in ceremony in Gujarat. Her thinking was very clear.
- During Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, she spoke about the ‘Paanch Pran’ of the Red Fort. One of them is freedom from the slavery mentality. Today, the country has abandoned symbols of slavery and begun to appreciate symbols related to Indian culture. Tomorrow, on February 23, the Rajaji Festival will be celebrated at Rashtrapati Bhavan… and the fair will run from February 24 to March 1.
- I spoke to you at length on ‘Mann Ki Baat’.
Digital arrest . After that, a lot of awareness has arisen in our society regarding digital arrest and digital fraud, but still such incidents happen… You all should be aware of the process of KYC – Know Your Customer. Sometimes, when you receive messages from your bank asking you to update KYC or redo KYC, the question comes to your mind – you have already done KYC, so why this? I urge you not to worry. This is just for the safety of your money. We all know that nowadays everything from pensions, benefits, insurance, UPI, everything is linked to the bank account. This is why banks periodically redo KYC to ensure your bank account remains secure.
- You surely remember the stunning pictures of Maha Kumbh from this time last year. The sea of humanity flowing on the banks of the Sangam, the tremendous outpouring of faith, and in that sacred moment of bathing, it seemed as if India was “in communion” with its own “Sanatan Chetana”… But today, in our country, which is re-recognising its heritage, history has taken another turn, without any major announcement of the organization of the Kerala Kumbh.
- We should always remember some phrases like “Vocal for Local”. Many items used during Holi or even in other festivals have entered our markets and are made abroad. Keep these products away from festivals. Choose local products. When you buy local, you are also supporting the initiative to make the country self-reliant.
- There is no greater grief for any parent than the loss of a child. The pain of losing a young child runs deeper. Just a few days ago, we lost Aline Shireen Abraham, an innocent little girl from Kerala… Awareness about organ donation is growing… Medical research is also getting a boost… There are many people like Aline who have given another life to someone by donating organs.
- Must watch
T20 World Cup Matches these days. The shirt may belong to another country, but when you hear its name you realize it is from our country. This moment gives you a little happiness, because the player is of Indian origin and plays for the country where his family is settled. The Canadian team has the largest number of players of Indian origin. Team captain Dilpreet Bajwa was born in Gurdaspur in Punjab. The US team includes many players from domestic cricket in India.
- I hope you watched ‘Pariksha Pe Charcha’ earlier this month and learned something from it. You are exam warriors. I am sure you are preparing wholeheartedly for your exams.
