Television actress Tejaswi Prakash has added a high-value property to her portfolio by purchasing a luxury apartment in Mumbai’s Bandra West for Rs. 7.63 Crores. The deal was formalized and registered on February 16, 2026, according to documents sourced from CRE Matrix.

The newly acquired residence is located in Bay Heights, a residential project in Krishna Chandra Marg area of Bandra Reclamation, one of the prominent upscale neighborhoods of the city. The project has been set up by Excel Enterprises India Private Limited. The apartment has an area of 121.14 square meters (about 1,304 square feet) and also includes two reserved parking spaces. Registration records also indicate that payment of stamp duty of Rs. 38.15 lakh was made as part of the deal. Under the agreement, the official handover of the property is expected to take place on November 29, 2030.
Bandra West remains one of the most sought-after addresses in Mumbai, especially among celebrities and business leaders. The area is known for its seafront promenades, distinctive high-rise buildings, boutique cafes and proximity to major production houses. Over the years, many prominent names in the film and television industry have chosen Bandra as their residential base, adding to its reputation as a celebrity hub.
Tejaswi Prakash, born Tejaswi Prakash Wayangankar on June 10, 1993, has carved a strong space for herself in Indian television and Marathi cinema. She rose to fame through her performance in Colors show Swaragini – Jodein Rishton Ke Sur and later gained widespread recognition for her role in Naagin 6 on the same channel. In addition to fictional shows, she has been a part of several reality shows, including Bigg Boss, which has expanded her fan base significantly.
On the personal front, Tejaswi is currently in a relationship with actor Karan Kundra. The couple is reportedly set to play a lead role in Desi Bling, a reality series inspired by Dubai Bling, focusing on wealthy Indian personalities.
