There is no indictment for 90 days, and the minor receives statutory bail

JODPUR: The principal bench of a Rajasthan court in Jodhpur granted bail to a juvenile arrested in the Buxo case, detaining him for more than 90 days without chargesheet as a violation of his right to personal liberty.Judge Farjand Ali also ordered an investigation into what he described as a “chronological impossibility” in the case records.The order paper dated November 24, 2025 indicates that the trial court rejected the bail application. Judge Ali noted that the application was not submitted until November 28.
