Udit Narayan's first wife makes shocking allegations, complains against the singer...

Last year, a video of singer Udit Narayan kissing his female fans during a concert went viral. The singer has now once again made headlines for the wrong reason. His first wife, Ranjana Jha, has alleged in the complaint that she removed her uterus on false pretexts for medical treatment without her consent. According to an NDTV report, Ranjana reportedly filed a complaint at the women’s police station in Subal, Bihar. Apart from Udith Narayanan, the singer’s two brothers and his second wife were accused of the offences.

Udit Narayan’s first wife makes shocking claims

When he filed the complaint at the police station on Tuesday, he brought his lawyer Karunakanth Jha with him. She has stated in her complaint that she was not aware of the hysterectomy and came to know about it only after years of medical treatment.

According to Ranjana’s complaint, she married Udith on December 7, 1984 as per Hindu traditions and rituals and the singer moved to Mumbai in 1985 to further develop his singing. Media reports later said that he had married Deepa Narayanan for the second time. According to Ranjana, every time Udit was asked about this, he gave the wrong answer.

What did Ranjana say in her complaint?

In her complaint, the singer’s first wife was brought to a major hospital in Delhi in 1996, under the guise of medical treatment, where her uterus was removed without her consent. He also said Udit and his brothers Sanjay Kumar Jha and Lalit Narayan Jha were with Deepa when they took her to the hospital.

Speaking to reporters, Ranjana said, “You all know that Udit Narayan ji has made many promises and has not fulfilled them. He has not done anything so far, that’s why I have come to the women’s police station. I want justice.”

“When we went to the women’s commission, they initially refused to accept our complaint. After submitting a written application, it was accepted. But even today, he is deceiving me. Whenever he comes to the village, he makes the same promises again,” she added.
