Billionaire Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife, Priscilla Chan, are reportedly set to buy a mansion in a Miami neighborhood nicknamed the ‘Billionaire’s Bunker’. Several high-profile industry leaders, athletes and celebrities already own properties in the neighborhood, including Jeff Bezos, Tom Brady and David and Victoria Beckham.

(Reuters)The couple is set to buy a newly completed waterfront mansion in Miami’s Indian Creek, the Wall Street Journal reported, citing sources familiar with the transaction. The property will be an addition to Zuckerberg’s existing luxury real estate portfolio. He owns properties in Lake Tahoe and the Hawaiian island of Kauai.

Who is the seller?According to the outlet, the seller is a limited liability company with ties to Peter Cancro, founder of Jersey Mike’s Sub. The outlet reported that the property will sell for between $150 million and $200 million. Last year, an undeveloped Indian Creek lot, roughly the same size property that Zuckerberg is set to buy, sold for $105 million.
The mansion, located across Biscayne Bay, has large terraces that wrap around the corner of the building. Private docks are also visible on the mansion.
A rendering on the website of architecture firm CMA Design Studio shows the lush property with expansive water features, blue shutters and a pool.
Explaining the surroundings, the outlet said it is a gated, man-made barrier island. This location has the likes of Jeff Bezos and Carl Icahn.

Irma told the outlet that Zuckerberg told them they plan to move into the property this year. He added, “We are happy to have him.”
