Turning Point USA boss Erica Kirk is no stranger to outlandish conspiracy theories and false claims since the death of her husband, Charlie Kirk, made global headlines. Now, another new allegation has surfaced against the 37-year-old.

The posts claimed that an X account, which was youth-coded in 2014, posted references to an exchange with Erica Kirk (then Frantzwe) in which the user claimed Erica sent Kirk gifts and also shared screenshots of an alleged text exchange with Erica Kirk in which she made sexual references.
The posts were mined from user X’s account, which is still active. However, Ht.com could not independently verify the authenticity of the claim.

A parody account posted a video after claiming that Charlie Kirk found out that Erica was cheating on him and took her out of his will.

However, the claims were false, because, first, the original Facebook post was sarcastic, and second, there are no reports of Charlie Kirk having a will in the first place, let alone Erica Kirk.
Notably, Charlie Kirk, the former CEO and founder of TPUSA, fatally shot and killed 22-year-old Tyler Robinson at Utah Valley University on September 10, 2025. Robinson, who confessed to the murder, is currently on trial in Provo, Utah.
