‘Infiltrators’ target RSS chiefsRSS chief Mohan Bhagwat Also urged people to “identify and report to the police” “illegal intruders”.urging people not to give them any employment and to be more “cautious”. Bhagwat also highlighted that the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise had revealed “foreigners” already living in the country.
“The government has a lot to do about immigration. They have to be identified and deported. It was not happening until now, but it has started slowly and will gradually increase. When the census or SIR is conducted, many people come to light who are not citizens of this country; they are automatically excluded from the process,” he said.
“But we can do one thing: we can work on detection. Their language gives them away. We should identify them and report them to the proper authorities. We should inform the police that we suspect these people are foreigners, and they should be investigated and monitored, and we will monitor them. We will not give jobs to any foreigners. If someone is from our country, we will give them a little more jobs and should not be foreigners.” has been added
Emphasizing on the inclusiveness of the Sangh, he said that anyone can be a ‘Sarsanghachalak’ (RSS chief), including SCs and STs, as the decision is based only on the organization a person holds.
“A Kshatriya, Vaishya, Shudra or Brahmin is not eligible for the post of Sarsanghchalak (RSS chief), a Hindu who works and is the most accessible. A Hindu, and it can be an SC or STO. Anyone can be it, depending on the work. Today if you see, all classes are represented in the Sangh and he says, decisions are made on the basis of who does the best work.”
Mohan Bhagwat also supported caste-based reservation and believed it should continue “as long as necessary”, as he urged Hindus to remain united despite politicians’ attempts to approach voters based on caste.
