Nancy Guthrie missing case: Here’s what DNA test results sayFriday marked the sixth day of the ongoing search for Nancy Guthrie, who was last seen at her residence Saturday night. Authorities have yet to identify suspects or persons of interest in the 84-year-old’s disappearance.
The most recent message came a day after Savannah Guthrie, host of the “Today” show, urged the family to reach out to their mother’s abductor.
“Whoever is holding our mother, we want to hear from you. We haven’t heard anything directly,” Cameron Guthrie said in a video shared on social media.
Authorities believe she was abducted from her home in the Tucson area over the weekend. According to the sheriff, DNA testing confirmed that blood found on Guthrie’s front porch matched his own.
“Right now, we believe Nancy is still out there. We want her home,” Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos said at a news conference Thursday. He, however, admitted that the authorities had no evidence of his well-being.

Sheriff Nanos noted that Guthrie was at a relative’s residence for dinner Saturday evening before being driven back to his home, where he was not seen.
