Outlandish theories about Jeffrey Epstein’s death have surfaced after a new batch of files were released. The Justice Department announced the final step this Friday. Epstein died by hanging in his New York jail cell in August 2019, and it was ruled a suicide. However, this did not prevent the many conspiracy theories that had already sprung up about Epstein ‘not killing himself’.

Photos of Epstein were also shared to drive home the point. To be sure, these claims come from unverified profiles and whatever theories have been floated, have not been proven to lend any credibility to said claims.
“If Jeffrey Epstein is dead and Ghislaine Maxwell isn’t, Epstein isn’t dead, Ghislaine knows as well as he is so why is he alive? Why aren’t they asking him questions? Epstein is probably chilling somewhere,” one person on X commented.

Some shared pictures to make their point. “That’s not Jeffrey on the autopsy table…they replaced him with a similar body! Look at the shape of the nose and ears – they’re different! It’s definitely not the same person. He could still be alive.”

Another profile shared a photo of the alleged autopsy and wrote “Hyoid bone fractures occur in 8% of cases like that. Seeing as this is bad, especially in a room with a ceiling height of only 8-9 feet, it becomes fair to ask if the whole story is a hoax.”
