If, like many people, you have an open jar of cocktail cherries in the fridge after the festivities, here’s a very classy way to use up some of the syrup.
Smoked cherry
15 ml of canned cherry syrup
45 ml Mezcal – We use Casamigos
10 ml of maraschino drink – Luxardo Or something like that
60 ml ChariTea Sparkling Matte
Measure the sherry syrup into a tall glass, add the mezcal and maraschino, and stir gently to combine. Add ice, add sparkling yerba mate and serve.
